Welcome to Magicians on the Green. By visiting our site and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our store
Magicians on the Green sells merchandise and accepts contributions that support the LeMoyne-Owen College golf team in Memphis, Tennessee.
Products and pricing
- We do our best to describe products and show colors accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly by screen.
- Prices and product availability can change at any time without notice.
- We may limit quantities on any item, including event entries and sponsorships.
Orders
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that we have accepted your order. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you.
Contributions
Donations, tournament entries, and sponsorships are contributions to the golf program and are final sale, as described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The Magicians on the Green name, logos, wizard mascot, and related designs, along with the LeMoyne-Owen College name and marks, are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or use them without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our products and this site are provided on an as is basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. [CONFIRM: have legal counsel review this section.]
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
